How many of us make time to be with ourselves? We tend to schedule time with others, but rarely do we schedule time to be alone. This step is about making time to embrace yourself.
Take out your calendar and schedule some time to dedicate to yourself. It could be 15 minutes reading a book, taking a hot bath, getting a massage (an entire spa day is even better), going for a walk or whatever else you’ve been wanting to do but just can’t seem to find the time to do.
When you are alone and working on your inner self, make sure you are doing it in a positive light. Leave the negativity at the door. Instead of looking in the mirror and looking for everything you want to change, be grateful for what you already have and how beautiful you are! With a positive attitude comes positive change.
