Overnight Oats


1 serving


1/2 cup regular rolled oats
1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Any fruit and/or chopped nuts (optional)


Combine all ingredients (except fruit and/or nuts) in a mason jar (or other container), mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.  In the morning mix again and add any fruit and/or chopped nuts.  Eat up and ENJOY!
