Easy, Yummy Vegan Pancake Batter

Approximately 20 pancakes


1 1/2 cups flour
3 1/2 teaspoons aluminum free baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 flax egg (Recipe below)
Any fruit – optional


To make a flax egg – In a small bowl combine 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal with 3 tablespoons water.  Mix and let sit for 15 minutes.

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.  Add wet ingredients and stir until batter forms.  Mix in your choice of fruit (optional).
